Darin Wilson wakes up at 3:45 every morning to reply to emails, make appointments and get ready for the day. He says he's better in the morning. He doesn't necessitate a whole lot of sleep.
It takes a great deal of commitment to wake up before...actually, what do you call before the "buttcrack of dawn"?
