According to Springfield Township Police, the Uber passenger contacted authorities after Rose allegedly mentioned a false-bottom aerosol can containing meth.

Officers were able to track the vehicle down the following day near Massillon Road and Cates Drive. During the traffic stop, police found 24 grams of methamphetamine—four times the bulk amount considered for trafficking charges—inside the false-bottom can.
