A Terrifying Midnight Encounter

Just after midnight on Saturday, April 26, a woman called 911, reporting a naked man attempting to enter her home. She told dispatchers she heard what sounded like a knife scraping the lock of her front door. When deputies arrived, they spotted a completely unclothed man walking away from the home. He was later identified as the woman’s neighbor, Matthew Hunter.

Investigators found fresh damage to the front door, including gouge marks along the door frame and molding, confirming the woman’s account.
