A new survey found 46% of parents have taken money out of their kids' piggy banks. They've stolen an average of $31 in the past year with 10% have taken at least $73.

There's more. The survey also found moms are more likely to take money out than dads. But dads take more when they do. Only 39% of the kids noticed money was missing and 93% of parents swear they replaced the money regardless.
