German Man Tries Opening Beer Bottle with Pepper Spray, Fails Horribly

Over in Germany it's perfectly legal to drink beer in movie theaters, a movement we're seeing more of here in the states. But let's try not to do what this thirsty movie-goer did.

A 29-year-old man went out to catch a film Monday night in the town of Osnabrueck. I guess he did not have a bottle opener handy, because he tried to use a container of pepper spray to pop the top of his brewski.

Instead of getting the cap off, the guy broke the pepper spray open and nearly 200 people had to evacuate the theater. A manager called the whole scene "chaos" and offered drinks to patrons while opening windows.

After about thirty minutes, the movie was restarted.
