The photo speed enforcement van is back out on the roads in Davenport. Luckily enough, we know where they'll be this week:

Steve Stevens
We learned today that Steve Stevens from Billy Idol's band did the guitar in the Top Gun theme.
Empire State Climbers
The couple from that Netflix doc Skywalkers: A Love Story climbed the spire of the Empire State Building and flew a banner, and then got engaged.
Police officers had to climb up to get them down and arrested them.
Air traffic control audio was captured once it was relayed what was going on.
