Florida Woman Said That 8-Ball Of Cocaine That Fell Out Of Her Butt Was Left Behind After “Intimate Encounter”

A Florida woman ended up getting an extra felony charge after she tried smuggling nearly 4 grams of cocaine into a county jail through her "Jail Purse," which is the official term used by the sheriff's office.

Brevard County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested 30-year-old Reagan Cox on Saturday for resisting arrest during a traffic stop. When she got to the jail, staffers noticed she was behaving strangely about her rear-end.

Corrections deputies escorted Cox to a changing room, where she attempted "to shield," her buttocks with her hand, authorities said.

When staff made her move her hand, a baggie dropped to the floor that had 3.8 grams of cocaine.

“You really just can’t make this stuff up … butt you sure can try as this one puts the ole … ’those are not my pants’ excuse to shame!!” the sheriff’s office wrote in a statement on Facebook.

Cox said she didn't know about the cocaine and told deputies that someone must have placed it there during an "intimate encounter" she had, according to the statement.

She could not identify the partner who would've left it behind.

She received an additional charge for bringing contraband into a detention facility and was released from custody the same day.
