According to several posts on Reddit, a handful of men say they’ve noticed their private parts have gotten...bigger. One man wrote, “I measured myself recently and I’ve gained about an inch. And I was actually thinner the last time I measured, so I don’t think it’s from losing weight.”

Another added, “I gained 1.5 inches after about seven months on the shot. It’s not just from fat loss. I know what I used to be.”

Even more men jumped in, sharing similar stories. One said his wife definitely noticed a difference. Another wrote, “I went from 278 pounds to under 200, and yeah—there’s been a change.”

Is It the Shot… or Something Else?

It’s not just one person claiming this. Dozens of men are talking about what they’re calling “Ozempic penis,” or “Ozemd**k” online. But doctors are stepping in to explain what might really be going on.

Experts say Ozempic doesn’t actually make anything grow. Instead, they believe that as men lose weight—especially around the belly and pubic area—more of the penis becomes visible. That can make it look and feel longer, even though the actual size hasn’t changed.

Some doctors also point to better blood flow and health improvements from weight loss, which can affect how things look when aroused.

This Isn’t the Only Side Effect Being Talked About

Believe it or not, this isn’t even the only strange side effect people are sharing. “Ozempic mouth” is another one getting attention. Some users say their faces look older—more wrinkles, sagging skin, and deep lines near their mouths. Many are now turning to fillers and other cosmetic fixes to get their old look back.

So, does Ozempic really make men bigger? The answer might not be so simple. But in Florida, where looking and feeling good matter a lot, people are paying attention. Whether it’s a real change or just an illusion, one thing’s for sure… Ozempic has people talking.
