Wisconsin Couple Rescue Black Bear From Collapsed Den

Dan Solie and his wife, Anne, of Augusta, Wisconsin discovered that a black bear was trapped in a collapsed den after a farmer went over it in a combine.

The couple were given permission from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources to attempt a rescue. So for 20 minutes, Dan and Anne shoveled dirt out of the den.
