Truck Collision With Davenport Fire Department Building

Friday afternoon a pickup truck collided with the Davenport Fire Department Station 3 building located at 3506 N Harrison St.

At this time, no injuries have been reported to the public, but the damage does look extensive, as you can see the inside of the garage and the fire vehicles parked inside.

Davenport Fire Station 3 is expected to move to East 42nd Street once the construction of the new building is completed, but it looks like there's going to be some construction work done on the old building before that time comes.

Avoid the area for an hour or two while emergency vehicles work to get the road reopened.
