The Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin Has Passed At Age 76

If you were a dumb kid in the suburbs, maybe you didn't know Aretha Franklin from the beginning. It wasn't until I heard her sing "Think" in the Blues Brothers movie that I fell in love with her voice, and attitude that I later discovered in "Respect."

She passed away leaving a great catalog of anthems for the next generations to discover. She will make you think anything is possible with talent and hard work.
