I hate when my windshield wipers streak more than they wipe. And after a Summer of bug-killing in the Midwest, everyone could use a clean start for Fall.

I discovered this windshield "refresher" video and couldn't believe that it could possibly work. So I tried it on the little side window of my '65 Mustang, and was so impressed that I then went to the windshield, which I thought was permanently stained and marred by those wiper marks.

But alas, this dumb technique worked for me.
