We all know you save big money, save big money, when you shop Menards. One of the biggest ways you can save yourself some cash involves taking an extra step to fill out a rebate form and mail it in with your receipt to get 11% (or more) back on your qualifying purchases.

As of August, they look different.

For years, you'd get the envelope with the rebate return as in-store credit.

Now, the new way they send them, is as part of an advertisement. This month, was a flyer for Performax Vinyl Windows.

At first glance, it's a flyer for windows that you don't need right now, so you'll toss it in the trash. If you look closesly in the bottom right hand corner, there's a little portion that reads "Reveal Your Rebate!"

When you peel it apart, your rebate is inside.

We've already heard from people who threw them away, and then had to fish them out of the trash once they saw a Facebook post.

Here's another example, with an advertisement for Klearvue Cabinetry.
