Man Hits Roommate Over Head with Glass Bong for Playing Video Games Too Loudly

Police in Guelph, Ontario say they arrested a man for assaulting his roommate while playing video games. Police said they were called to the home of the two Wednesday night around 11pm.

According to the statement, the two men got into an argument about the noise surrounding playing video games, turning physical and ending when the suspect picked up a glass bong and "bongked" the roommate over the head, shattering the glass piece. The victim was treated at a nearby hospital.

The suspect, a 40 year old man, has been charged with aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.
