Man Arrested For Attacking Another Man and Stealing His Soda Cans

Deputies in Aloha, Oregon arrested a man for attacking another man and robbing him.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office say deputies were responded to a report of a strong-arm robbery Wednesday evening.

The caller was also the victim, who said the suspect repeatedly knocked him to the ground and punched him over soda cans the victim was trying to collect to be recycled.

The victim said the suspect then stole the can from his car, before driving away in another vehicle.

Deputies found the suspect's vehicle not too far from the initial scene, and K-9 units led them from the vehicle to the bag of cans, and later found the suspect nearby.
