Iowa Man Cuts Plea Deal in Bathroom Ruler Case
Back in 2016 a guy was busted in a University of Iowa bathroom using a ruler to measure his junk at a urinal. He just now struck a plea deal.
44-year-old Thomas Morgan was charged with multiple counts of indecent exposure following an incident in May 2016. Police report that Morgan “partially turned his body towards the victim/witness” and then “measured his penis against a cardboard ruler.”
Last week he pleaded guilty to four counts of simple harassment and, as part of a deal, will only receive a 30 day suspended sentence. Morgan has to serve a year of probation and can not have any contact with any of the victims for five years.
He must also complete a sex offender treatment program and is barred from the University of Iowa.
