Friday is the Most Common Day of the Week for Car Crashes
Not that it helps you today, but remember this for later in the week: A new study says Fridays are the most common day of the week to get in a car accident.

Direct Line Car Insurance analyzed information from more than 700,000 traffic accidents and found that Fridays brought a 14% higher chance of having a crash. Specifically, between 5 and 6pm is the riskiest with 9% of all incidents occurring in that hour.
Sundays were shown to be the least likely day for an accident. On average there were 24% fewer wrecks.
Managing director Gus Park said, "It is important people remain vigilant every time they get behind the wheel - for their own safety and that of other road users."
