Former Rhythm City Casino Boat Burns
The Rhythm City Casino boat stationed in downtown Davenport until it left the Quad Cities in November of 2016 was burned in a fire yesterday.
According to a QCOnline article, the Treble Clef casino boat, now located on McKellor Lake near Memphis, was damaged by fire yesterday afternoon. The vessel, which formerly had been on the riverfront in Memphis, was being deconstructed in preparation for use as a barge.
The boat formerly held the Rhythm City Casino in Davenport, was sold to Memphis Riverboats in Memphis, Tenn., in 2015.
