Florida Woman Attacks Her Roommate For Playing “Le Freak” On Repeat
We've all lived with someone who blasts their music a little too late, and it gets annoying, but it's not often they don't turn it down when you ask.
Mary Ann Lannon, 53, was arrested is behind bars after assaulting her cousin, who she shares an apartment with.
According to the affidavit, the 64-year-old victim was blasting Chic's "Le Freak" on repeat for an extended amount of time.
After some time, Lannon freaked out, and shoved her cousin into "a makeshift tiki bar, causing the bar to fall apart, and the victim to strike her left eye on a speaker."
Police noted that the victim suffered “severe swelling and bruising to the left eye.”
Lannon, who lives in the Tampa Bay area has been charged with domestic battery, a misdemeanor.
