Florida Man Told Police The Gun in His Underwear Was His Junk

Police in St. Petersburg stopped a vehicle that turned out to be stolen and full of bad liars.

Through the process of making the arrest of the two occupants, police patted down Michael Phillips, and felt a rigid item in the front of pants.

When the officer asked Phillips what the item was, he said "That's my dick."

After being read his rights, Phillips admitted to a Glock 23 being in his pants, loaded with a 22 round magazine, according to the affidavit.

The Glock 23 has a 4" barrel, which would be a little... under average.

He said he carries the gun, which he was gifted, for protection. In addition to the magazine, he also was carrying a second magazine that holds 23 rounds.

Michael Phillips was arrested for illegally carrying a concealed firearm without a permit, which is a felony.
