Florida Man Busted For Finger Gun Bank Robbery
Armed only with his bare hands, a Florida Man robbed a bank of $120, but he got busted ten minutes later.
According to investigators with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, 56-year-old Paul James Sinclair entered a Chase bank branch in Seminole and approached teller Desiree Stefanik.
“With his hand under his shirt,” police said, Sinclair “made the shape of a gun with his finger” and demanded that Stefanik hand over cash. Sinclair also “advised her not to push any buttons as he waited for her to open her drawer.”
After Desiree Stefanik passed over $120 to Sinclair, he fled the scene with his newfound riches.
Sinclair entered the bank at 1:25pm, and he was arrested at 1:36pm and charged with robbery. He is being held in the county jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond on the felony charge.
The complaint noted that no weapons were found or seized from Sinclair's person.
