Registered dietitian and nutritionist Emily Field encourages people to consider balance when eating a meal. When ordering a burger, most people will add on fries with it. Seems pretty innocent, right?

Turns out the fries add a bunch of calories. A second burger provides the same amount of calories, but also has much more protein.

Eating fast food burgers frequently probably isn't the best dietary choice one could make. By ordering a second burger instead of fries, you're making the most out of the calories in your meal.
