Cop Tickets Street Vendor For Not Having a License, Then Takes All of His Money

A cop ticketed a hot dog vendor for not having a license outside of the U.C. Berkeley football game on Saturday and then he grabbed the vendor's wallet and took all his money.

The cop claimed that it'll be up to the judge to decide what to do with it.

The guy who recorded the video also set up a GoFundMe page to help cover the vendor's legal expenses as well as other vendors who've been similarly "robbed." As of this posting, they've raised over $50,000.
