Carjacker in L.A. Handed Out Cash to People While the Cops Chased Him

A carjacker in Los Angeles stole a taxi cab Friday, leading cops on a low-speed chase through South L.A. while handing out cash to onlookers through his window. People on the street were began cheering as he went by.

Police eventually stopped him by crashing into his car and pinning his door shut, so he couldn't run.
