California Man Shot Victim With Rice Krispie-Filled Shotgun Shell

Well this is a new one. 29-year-old Timothy Glass Junior in Eureka, California shot another man last week. Fortunately, there are a few details that make the whole thing a lot less deadly and a lot more unusual.

First off, he shot the guy with a flare gun and only hit him in the hand. And his ammunition was a shotgun shell that he'd stuffed with Rice Krispies.

Anyway, the guy he shot didn't want to press charges. Timothy was arrested anyway because it violated his probation and then he fought with the cops, so he was also charged with resisting arrest.
