$2k Fine for Driver Who Used Flashlights For Headlights

A driver in Vancouver was pulled over yesterday for a poorly secured load, but the officer found many infractions than that.

The officer found the driver to be using flashlights for their headlights and taillights. They also were driving without insurance, and had failed to comply with a previous inspection order.

All together the driver owed $1,920 and had their vehicle impounded.
