It's a phrase that's been used for centuries. "I had my foot in my mouth," but we've got a new phrase coming in the year 2025: "Girlfriend's fist in my mouth."

A weird incident has gone viral over in China after video came out of a guy who walked into an emergency department at a hospital with his girlfriend, who had no choice but to come with him.

The video shows the man walking in, holding onto his girlfriend's wrist, because her fist was trapped inside of his mouth and he couldn't get it out.

Later, you can see him in a waiting room, with his face flushed and saliva dripping uncontrollably from his mouth.

The two went to the hospital in Jilin province last Tuesday after attempting a viral "hand-eating challenge," where the boyfriend opened his mouth and the girlfriend stuck her fist inside to see if it fit. It did fit, just wouldn't come back out.

She told the doctors, "His throat made a ‘gurgling’ sound, and saliva flowed down my wrist to my elbow. It felt like my hand was stuck in a meat grinder."

Because of the way the jaw works, the more pain the guy got in, the more his jaw tensed up, biting into the girlfriend's hand. So, the doctor gave him a muscle relaxer after using a mouth opener on him.

Then, Dr. Zhang Mingyuan rotated the woman's wrist slowly while simultaneously using the sliding abilities of the jaw to release the lock, and after 20 minutes, had the two separated.

The nurses also played relaxing music in the room to distract the boyfriend to keep him from biting down more inadvertently.
