Van Packed with Speakers Lands Owner in Jail

Police in New York were getting a bunch of complaints about a man blasting "exorbitantly loud" music out of his van in Queens over the weekend.

The noise complaints came in just before 11pm Saturday. Cops found the van and owner Nelson Hidalgo, who outfitted the vehicle with 50 speakers. Hidalgo was arrested on charges of criminal nuisance, unreasonable noise, unlawful assembly and other offenses.
