Sammy Hagar Reveals His Killer French Toast Recipe

The Red Rocker is known to be quite the cook, and yesterday for Father's Day, he revealed his French Toast Recipe that looks so delicious, no dad could possibly turn it down.

• You'll need two eggs, half cup of half-&-half, pinch of salt, pinch of nutmeg, level teaspoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, quarter teaspoon of vanilla and combine all in a bowl.
• Then, slice a day-old baguette one-inch thick (he says one day-old is just better.)
• Soak the bread in the mixture on both sides
• Throw them in a pan over medium-high heat, add a couple of tablespoons of high-heat coconut oil or oil of your choice. Place in the pan and shake it to keep from sticking.
• When it’s golden brown or darker, flip it over and repeat.
• Finally, toss it back in with butter, syrup or jelly of your choice.
