1-3 years experience managing athletic fields (Not me) 

High level of integrity (I supposed most of the time?)

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals (totally. I can walk into the kitchen AND forget what I went there for at the same time)

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written  (The one thing I've learned is no on in the communications business communicates very well) 

 

Detail oriented and strong analytical skills (you what now?)

 

Strong team work ethic  (Go team!) 

 

 

 

Have the ability to operate athletic field/grounds management related equipment  (I can ride a lawn mower like a mutha) 

 

 

 

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs (like at one time?)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position reports directly to the Assistant General Manager of Ballpark Operations. This person will coordinate, supervise, and oversee all aspects of grounds management. The position oversees and implements budget and procurement processes within established guidelines. This person will provide professional consultation or undertake the lead role in athletic field/grounds renovation projects.
