When One Night Of Queen hits the stage at the TaxSlayer Center On March 18th, you'll want to make sure you're there (Tickets go on sale Friday).  Last time Gary Mullen (Freddie Mercury) played the stage here, I was literally stunned by every detail.  And I almost didn't go.

There are so many downsides possible when you embark on a Queen tribute that for many, it's just not worth doing.  But for Mullen, performing these songs seems like a calling. He perfectly scathes through a bombastic set of Queen. This concert is more Broadway show than rock concert, and you get the feeling that if Mercury were around, he would absolutely love the showmanship.
Mercury's voice and mannerisms are near-perfectly replicated, and Mullen somehow keeps his own identity as well.  He is so appreciative of the crowd, and it's hard not to get swept up in the performance.
So put this show on your to-do list.
