Produced by Bestway Sandwiches Inc., the 24,870-pound recall affects taquitos packaged in 20-ounce cartons with best-by dates of July 3, 2025, and September 25, 2025. The USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has confirmed that at least one consumer suffered a dental injury from biting into a contaminated product.
Key Details to Look For
The recalled cartons display the establishment number “EST. P-40327” on the bottom panel. If you purchased these frozen snacks between July and September of 2024, it's essential to check your freezer. Consumers are urged to either return the product to the store or safely dispose of it to prevent injury.
