Jesus makes appearances all the time, in trees, oil stains, pieces of toast, dog fur, clouds. He rarely shows up on a major Christian holiday and rarely in such a delicious way.

Jesus made a surprise appearance at a restaurant called Cowgirl Cafe in Norco, California on Good Friday, when he appeared on a delicious stack of pancakes.

The owner's name is Karen Hendrickson. She says when she saw Jesus in the pancake, she knew He was watching over her restaurant. She put the pancake in a freezer to save it forever. Unfortunately the Cowgirl Cafe draws quite a few skeptics. Karen says some people actually disagreed that it was Jesus in the pancake.

"Some people are saying it looks like Abraham Lincoln or a hillbilly. Some people are even saying it looks like Charles Manson."

This is the cook, Rafael, who made the pancake (but was unaware Jesus' face was on the pancake when it was done cooking and plated for service).

These are the employees who were working on Good Friday. Amanda, who discovered Jesus' face on the pancake, is the young gal on the left.
