Niabi Zoo Summer Camps Information

Officials at the Niabi Zoo say that each Zoo Camp curriculum is designed to be age-appropriate to meet the attention, interests, and developmental needs of each age range. Because of that reason, it is important that the age guidelines are followed for your kiddo.

Make note that there are duplicate sessions. For each age range, there are multiple opportunities to attend Zoo Camp. For ages 4-5 years and 6-7 years, the morning session is the same as the afternoon session.

Sessions in June are the same as the sessions in July and August. Niabi Zoo officials ask that you only register your child for one session.

How Much Are Zoo Camps

If you become a Zoo Member before registering, you could save 20% on Zoo Camp. The Niabi Zoo Member discount is given at the end of the registration process. Below is the price breakdown for each age and member/nonmember:

  • Ages 4-5 & 6-7: 5 days, partial day = $120 for Zoo Members, $150 for Non-Members
  • Ages 8-9 & 10-13 don't matter because they are all full!

Fees are non-refundable. Select the button below to take you to the Registration Page.

Zoo Camp Reminders

Children aged 4-5 years must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver at the Niabi Zoo to stay for the duration of the camp.

Snacks will be provided at each session, except for 4-5 years. Lunches are only necessary for those registering for full-day sessions, ages 8-9 and 10-13 but they are full so it doesn't matter at this moment. Either way, each child should bring a refillable water bottle and water will be provided.

Zoo Camp is held rain or shine, hot or cold. Officials ask that you prepare your child appropriately. For questions, contact the Niabi Zoo at education@niabizoo.com.
