Brewery Collaborations Are Like Rock Super Groups Right in Your Back Yard
When Quad Cities breweries do collaborations, it gives me a nice feeling. The comradery of two brewers doing what they love and finding a buddy to do it along with.
It reminds me of the 90's when you'd hear Chris Cornell on an Alice in Chains song. Or Layne Stayley & Tom Morello coming together to do a Pink Floyd song.
This week there's a Catwalker English Bitter collab brew at Blue Cat Brewing Co. and Twin Span Brewing . Perhaps an Audioslave type connection?
I Know a Shortcut IPA a collab brew with Wake and Bent River, at Radicle Effect Brewerks. This is like Alice Mudgarden. 3 great tastes that taste GREAT together
