No this is not a Florida man story. In fact, we are switching it up. This is an Idaho man story.

A 58-year-old man was stopped by an Idaho County Sheriff's Deputy for a traffic violation on July 30th. The driver exited the vehicle and walked towards a nearby riverbank where he attempted to throw something in the river.

The mysterious item that was thrown bounced off a tree and missed the water. Police identified the item as a Tupperware container with half an ounce of methamphetamine.

The suspect identified as Brian Gilgert was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, attempted destruction of evidence, driver in possession of an open container of alcohol, resisting and obstructing an officer, and possession of paraphernalia.

It seems to me that this man's arrest was meant to be. His intentions were to get rid of the evidence in the river, but the tree said "I don't think so," and put a stop to this guy's actions right away.
