Florida Woman Arrested For Domestic Battery With Apple Watch

A Florida Woman is facing a domestic battery charge after attacking her boyfriend with an Apple Watch.

According to court records, an argument that happened at 1am Monday morning about some issues they'd been having in their relationship turned violent when 35-year-old Kayleen Tresedder whipped her Apple Watch across the room at his head.

The watch hit the 35-year-old victim in the left ear, “causing a small cut which bled," according to the affidavit. Cops also noted that the man's "V-Neck was stretched and torn by the defendant who grabbed him by the collar."

The attack happened in the couple's home in Gulfport, where Kayleen lives with the victim and their three young children.

Tresedder, who had previously been busted for a DUI and leaving the scene of an accident, was given an order by a judge to have no contact with the victim, other than text messaging to coordinate childcare.

The Apple Watch was not confiscated by police.

Tresedder was charged with Domestic Battery.
