PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. - A Florida man has been apprehended by authorities after allegedly exposing himself to several shoppers in various retail stores across Port Charlotte. The suspect, identified as Xavier "Pee Wee" Hearns, was reportedly involved in at least two incidents within a week, prompting swift action from Charlotte County deputies.
Man Arrested for Multiple Instances of Indecent Exposure in Port Charlotte Stores
According to law enforcement officials, the first reported incident occurred on April 19, when deputies responded to a complaint from a woman who claimed to have encountered Hearns at a Neighborhood Walmart store.
The woman alleged that Hearns had been staring at her and engaging in inappropriate behavior, prompting her to notify authorities. Subsequent investigation, including the review of surveillance footage, led to the positive identification of Hearns as the suspect involved in the incident.

Target Was Not The Only Store He Was Caught Doing Incorporate Things
Further scrutiny revealed that Hearns had been previously arrested on April 2 for a similar offense at a Target store in the same vicinity. This prior incident, which reportedly took place in March, raised concerns about Hearns' pattern of behavior.
In another unsettling turn of events, on April 25, deputies responded to a call from a woman reporting suspicious behavior by Hearns at a Burlington store. The woman described feeling uncomfortable as Hearns allegedly exposed himself in her presence, prompting her to alert authorities.
The Flasher Was Taken Into Custody
Following these reports, Hearns was swiftly located and taken into custody on charges related to the exposure of sexual organs. As of now, he remains detained at the Charlotte County jail without bond, awaiting further legal proceedings.
