Who would've guessed that a floating strip club might not be the most sanitary place to hang out?

54-year-old Darren Byler of Kodiak, Alaska and his 46-year-old wife Kimberly own the Wild Alaskan, a former crabbing boat that's been converted into a floating bar and strip club. They've been running it since June, and apparently it's been pretty successful. Only now they're in serious legal trouble, but not for the stripping.

The Coast Guard caught them dumping the feces from their bathrooms into the harbor instead of taking their waste tanks to the proper places on shore to dump them.

Darren and Kimberly were just indicted by a federal grand jury for improper disposal of human waste. They could both be facing up to one year in jail and $25,000 in fines.

But, it gets worse. The Coast Guard says they lied about dumping the tanks and if they're convicted of making false statements to the Coast Guard investigators, they could get five years in prison and $250,000 fines.
