Firefighters Rescue Raccoon With Head Stuck in Mayo Jar

It's not often that firefighters get a call like this. No people were in danger and no structures were on fire, a raccoon got its head stuck in a mayonnaise jar.

The Ithaca Fire Department posted photos of the "mayonnaising" rescue to Facebook. The raccoon was up in a tree with its head trapped in a glass jar. The responding crew were able to get it down and free it.

The critter was last seen running back towards its home.
