LAST CHANCE: The Final $1 Beer Night Hits Vibrant Arena This Saturday
This is one of the most anticipated nights of the season. The Quad City Storm has confirmed that this Saturday’s home game against the Evansville Thunderbolts is the final Dollar Beer night of the season. With ticket sales already trending toward a total sellout, fans are urged to buy seats immediately.
Massive Three-Game Playoff Push
The Storm is currently in the middle of a high-stakes battle for postseason positioning. The schedule for this weekend includes:
Friday 02/27: The Storm travels to Indiana to face the Evansville Thunderbolts.
Saturday 02/28 (7:10 PM): Both teams return to Moline for Union Night at Vibrant Arena. This is $1 Dollar Beer Night.
Sunday 03/01 (2:10 PM): The weekend concludes at home against the Huntsville Havoc with the theme "Game Day." At all Sunday Storm home games, dogs are permitted with proof of current rabies and distemper vaccination.
Record-Breaking Momentum
The Storm enters this weekend following a historic split against the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs. After an 8-0 loss on Friday, the team bounced back Saturday with a dominant 8-1 victory.
Forward Devin Sanders made SPHL history during the win, tying the league record and setting a new Storm franchise record with five goals in a single game. Goaltender Zane Steeves earned the win in net, providing the momentum the team needs for this weekend's home stand.
