Despite Quarantines, Survey Reveals Majority of Gen Z Celebrating 4/20 Today

This year's 4/20 admittedly will be different this year, but that doesn't mean it won't be a fun day and celebration of a plant that makes you feel funny. Hopefully, you're able to celebrate, even though you probably shouldn't puff-puff-pass this year. The COVID-19 restrictions aren't going to stop the celebration, especially for Generation Z.

Zoomers answered a survey by PR Newswire, and it turns out that about 70% of the generation are celebrating this year. The majority of the 70% said the holiday's timing will help them cope with the current situation, and relax, man.

In year's past, the celebration hasn't been able to start until people get home from work, but this year, work is at home. Will you be waiting until work is over, or does it matter? 10% of Gen Z says they're not waiting to clock out.

40% of the generation said they're going to be on a video call with their friends to celebrate, because that's what we do now.
