A college student making money reselling Krispy Kreme donuts has been asked to stop.

Jayson Gonzales, currently living in the Twin Cities, has made his money by running to Clive, Iowa and fill his car with as many dozens of donuts it could fit, and head back home.

The trip is about 3 hours and 40 minutes each way.

He would buy around 100 dozens of the classic glazed, for about $7.99 a piece, and resell them for $17 to $20 per box. Thats almost $1200 for driving to Krispy Kreme.

Gonzales, also known as "Donut Guy," would've completed his 20th run this weekend. However, less than a week after being narced on by the St. Paul Pioneer Press in an article explaining the side hustle, Krispy Kreme's Regional called up Gonzales and told him to stop the business due to it being a liability.
