Update: Kameron sent us a few pictures from the game, and told his he and his dad had an unforgettable experience.

Kameron Rees

A Kansas City Chiefs fan is going to the Super Bowl for the first time, for free.

Kameron Rees, a season ticket holder, signed a pledge earlier this season to be the designated driver at multiple football games. The pledge was started by the NFL coalition TEAM (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management).

Rees received a text saying he had been selected to be the Chiefs Responsible Fan for this season. He thought it was a scam similar to the "Free cruise" texts and calls we all get, but responded, just in case.

He's decided to take his dad to the Super Bowl with him, who took him to his first game at the age of 4.

Their plane ride, hotel, and $1,400 tickets are fully paid by TEAM.
