If someone says they're not into you, this probably isn't the best way to win them over...
Incident Unfolds in Ceres Neighborhood
Authorities in Stanislaus County say a Modesto man broke into a woman’s home while she was sleeping, licked and bit her toes, and then attempted to climb into bed with her. The unsettling incident happened just after midnight on May 21.
The suspect, identified as Cristian Alejandro Solorio Anguiano, 26, has been charged with multiple crimes, including burglary, sexual battery, stalking, and assault with intent to commit a felony.
Behavior Escalated Over Months
Investigators say Anguiano began harassing the woman back in February, following her from work and watching her home. Despite being confronted by the woman’s coworkers several times, his behavior intensified. Witnesses stated that he often parked outside her home and even tried opening her doors in the days leading up to the break-in.
Authorities were able to confirm his identity using surveillance footage and statements from those who witnessed his actions.
Late-Night Intrusion Turns Violent
According to the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office, Anguiano entered the woman’s home around midnight and began licking and biting her toes as she slept. When he attempted to get into bed with her, she woke up and was able to fight him off. The woman managed to grab her phone and call 911, prompting Anguiano to flee the scene.
Deputies located Anguiano near the victim’s home the following day and took him into custody without further incident.
Facing Serious Charges
Anguiano is currently being held in the Stanislaus County Jail on a $325,000 bond. He is facing several felony charges due to the nature of the break-in and the ongoing harassment leading up to it.
