Brightly Painted Fence Causes Uproar in Florida Neighborhood

Why are there no news stories about people getting along with their Homeowner Association? One resident of a Mandarin, Florida neighborhood is stirring up trouble with a coat of paint on his fence.

A couple weeks ago, Joseph Allen painted his fence in two different colors, a bright yellow and a lovely shade of purple called "Mighty Aphrodite." His neighbors hate it. Don Cox told WJAX, "He shouldn't have the right just go on there and paint it any color he wants to."
