Where Does New Beer Inspiration Come From? What’s Tappening

Geneseo Brewing Company Head Brewer, Glenn Cole, stopped by today to talk beer! I asked him about how he gets his inspiration for trying new beers to brew and his answer was surprising.  Check the video for the whole deal.

Today we sampled beer from Bent River Brewing Co called Champurrado Stout (2020) • 9.8% ABV • 31 IBU Inspired by Mexican hot chocolate. Late additions of vanilla bean, cinnamon, cacao, and chili peppers.

I had 2 pints of this and it is amazing. Also, didn't realize until I had 2 that it's almost 10% ABV...so this should be a fun show to listen to this evening.  Yikes!
