Geneseo Brewing Company Head Brewer, Glenn Cole, stopped by today to talk beer! I asked him if how to create a great beer using the fewest amount of ingredients and he knew exactly how to make it happen.  I'm glad he's using his powers for good.

Today we sampled beer from Iron Spike Brewing Co from Galesburg called Citra Comet Hazy IPA • 6.6% ABV • 49 IBU

Very juices, with a sweet backbone and a tad bit of bitterness.  Yummy indeed!
