Watch Two Numbskulls Played a Giant Game of Tic-Tac-Toe

Two guys got to play a giant game of tic-tac-toe at the Rockets-Warriors game on Monday. Each time they made a lay-up, they could put a huge "X" or an "O" on a giant game board. Both of them were terrible.
