A man from Yakima, Washington is behind bars after officers say he was involved in a drive-by shooting and the threatening of employees at a Taco Bell that he had become enraged at because they wouldn't serve him.

The Taco Bell employees say they were closing up the restaurant at 2124 S 1st Street when a man drove up to the drive-thru window to order in his flatbed pickup truck. He wanted to order food but the store was closed as it was nearly 2am.

After telling the man they were closed, the employee said the driver became "immensely upset", saying he would break the windows if they didn't make him some food.

He left his vehicle and began pounding on the front doors of the restaurant, saying he was going to break into the business.

A few minutes after the man finally left, they spotted the pickup truck parked nearby. As one of the employees began to drive away, they told police they heard a gunshot.
